Our patient reached out to us with concerns about his dental health, as gum disease had impacted his bone structure and caused significant mobility in his remaining teeth. Diagnostic scans indicated bone loss in specific areas, highlighting the need for intervention.
To address these issues, we conducted a comprehensive treatment plan which included the extraction of all remaining teeth. We then proceeded with an advanced All-on-6 treatment for both the upper and lower jaws, incorporating upper bone grafts to restore stability and support. Finally, we completed the restoration with beautifully crafted 12 + 12 unit porcelain bonded bridges, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics. This approach not only enhances the patient’s oral health but also improves the overall quality of life.
